Personal Injury
Seeking Justice: Personal Injury Claims Made Simple!
Our organisation is a claim management company registered in England and Wales by the Claims Management Regulator. We offer an impartial advice with no fee or obligation. If you have suffered a personal injury, or if you wish to act on behalf of someone who is deceased because of personal injury you may wish to consider using our services in making a complaint to the person or organisation you have identified as being responsible for the injury(ies).
If you have had an accident or suffered an injury you might be able to get an explanation of what went wrong and to receive an apology. In some cases, you also want compensation, you should therefore be aware of time limits for taking actions in order to go through complaint procedures and taking any further actions.
Our team of courteous and well experienced advisers could advise you on what actions to be taken e.g informing the Police, your insurance company, your doctors and gathering evidence about the accident and injury, e.g photographs of the scene of an accident and what caused the injury, writing a statement of what happened while details is still fresh in your mind making a note about witnesses and their addresses.
However, if your option will be to take legal action to claim compensation for a personal injury you will need to get advice from a Solicitor specialising in these types of cases. This must be done as soon as possible, so at such a stage we will advise clients to seek further legal advice from CAB or from on-line or other Solicitors who may assist them further in their case.
In order for us to take your case forward we would require you to sign a copy of our terms and condition of business. You have 14 days (cooling off period) from signing our contract to cancel the agreement between us without being charged, however; if you cancel your contract with us after 14 days of signing you will be charged a fee commensurate to any work which we have already done. Our charges will reflect any work carried out on your behalf.
